Returns Process:
Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address within the UAE by either:
• Contacting us by calling our UAE toll-free number: +971 501329856; or
• Logging into the “My Account / Order History” section on the Website.
Exchanges:
We offer you the possibility to exchange an item you purchased from WestPortal within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that the item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached, and proof of purchase is required to process the exchange.
If your exchange request is cancelled due to stock availability or by customer request, a Gift Card will be issued and sent to your account’s registered email address. This Gift Card can be used both online and in-store.
Cancellations:
You may contact us at any time before your order is marked as “Processed” in our online order tracking system to cancel or modify it. If you do, we will either:
(i) cancel it free of charge and issue a full refund, or
(ii) do our best to modify it, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustments.
If the order has already been processed, please wait for delivery and then use the Returns process.
Refunds:
In the event of a cancellation or return, refunds will be processed as follows:
• Gift Cards will be refunded as Gift Cards.
• Credit Card payments will be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase.
• PayPal payments will be refunded to the original PayPal account used.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
All refunds are subject to approval and in line with UAE consumer protection laws.
